Clinical Nurse Leader, Systemic Therapy/Ambulatory Care Unit

BC Cancer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team in Victoria, BC. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a key role in providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily activities of the assigned area, collaborating with the Manager, Clinical Services to ensure optimum care is provided to patients/families.
- Participate in the coordination of patient care delivery, developing unit-specific policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff for professional development and performance improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of PHSA/BC Cancer policies and procedures at the unit/program level.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as an RN with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM).
- Three (3) years recent related clinical nursing experience, including teaching and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide supervision and work direction, communicate effectively, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
