Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team at VinFast Auto Canada Inc. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every visitor to our showrooms has a positive and memorable experience consistent with the VinFast brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with all guests, sharing knowledge and providing demonstrations to generate brand and product excitement
  • Work in close collaboration with Senior Sales Advisors and fellow team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Support the sales cycle from prospect to purchase, tracking client and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed KPIs as outlined by Showroom Sales Manager and Senior Sales Advisor for Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery of Vehicles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar professional experience
  • 1 year store level experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales
  • Experience working with a sales pipeline in various CRM applications and lead management software (preferred)
  • Holds or can obtain and maintain a Vehicle Salesperson License as required by the provincial guidelines
  • Valid driver's license, with 2 years of current driving experience and clean driving record
