Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Acadia Sales BC Ltd. in [location].
Job Summary:The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process incoming shipments, including verifying inventory and documenting discrepancies
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, as well as operating warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
