About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Sonos products and services to customers at our partner store, Best Buy. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, identify customer needs, and make sales recommendations that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sonos products and services
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos sales
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • A competitive hourly rate of $24.19 - $26.88 CAN
