This role requires flexibility, as you will work in both a Team Lead and Warehouse Worker capacity. Priority will be given to shifts as a Team Lead, with flexibility to adjust schedules and start times as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct department staff, assigning duties and training procedures
  • Plan and organize daily operating functions and responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks, priorities, and responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to achieve organizational results
  • Perform various team lead and operating functions to ensure effective department operation
  • Adhere to procedures, safety practices, and policy, holding others accountable for the same
Requirements
  • Valid, up-to-date Forklift certification
  • Experience driving Standup Reach and Counterbalance Ryder forklifts
  • Focused on detail, accuracy, and inventory control
  • Scheduling flexibility and ability to work in a cool environment
  • Ability to work independently, well-organized, and effective judgment
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution skills, and demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to make change quickly and respond to unplanned situations
  • Proficient with computer applications and comfortable learning new systems
