Job Title: Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Klmcareers. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles and practices, including FMEA, 8D, and PPAP.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and measurement systems analysis.
