Mortgage Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Home Financing Advisor (HFA). As an HFA, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to maximize the growth of residential mortgage business from third-party referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and other centers of influence to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct mortgage seminars and workshops to educate clients and promote our mortgage products.
- Build and execute a marketing program to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
- Work closely with our Sales Leaders and Home Financing Lending Manager to ensure seamless underwriting and deal escalation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of industry-related experience with a strong background in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending policies and procedures, as well as the real estate market and property values.
- Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, and meet with clients at times that are convenient for them.
- Driver's license and access to personal transportation.

Language Requirements:
