- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
- Document patient information and care plans accurately and thoroughly.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- One (1) year of recent related experience with peripheral intravenous (IV) initiation and central venous catheter management.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to personal vehicle for business-related purposes as required.
