Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Operations: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
