Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Food Preparation: Ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients and following our strict quality control procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
