Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Dodge Industrial, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of Dodge/RBC mechanical products through our OEM & distribution channels in the Atlantic Provinces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their volume, mix, and profitability targets.
  • Drive specifications of Dodge/RBC products at major end-users in specific industries.
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial market.
  • Good knowledge and experience with mechanical products.
  • Professionalism, well-organized, and demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts and sales strategy.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability while negotiating commercial and technical items with customers and colleagues.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant industry.
  • Fluency in English and French is a plus (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the region.
