Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Dodge Industrial, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of Dodge/RBC mechanical products through our OEM & distribution channels in the Atlantic Provinces.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Drive specifications of Dodge/RBC products at major end-users in specific industries.
- Monitor competitor activity and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial market.
- Good knowledge and experience with mechanical products.
- Professionalism, well-organized, and demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts and sales strategy.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
- Strong decision-making ability while negotiating commercial and technical items with customers and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant industry.
- Fluency in English and French is a plus (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within the region.
