About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at C.Y. Vehicle Enterprises inc. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, confirming findings with a supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace units, and adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and confirm findings with a supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace units.
  • Adjust, Repair or Replace Parts and Components: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including motor vehicles.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance Service: Perform scheduled maintenance service on motor vehicles, including testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Complete Reports: Complete reports to record problems and work performed, including reviewing work orders and testing automotive systems and components.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
