Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Clearing and collecting brush and debris from various work areas
  • Creating specific plans to prioritize tasks
  • Directing grooming activities for the farm
  • Handling and caring for animals
  • Organizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assisting in the development and enforcement of safety and bio-security protocols
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of farm workers and harvest laborers
  • Formulating feeding programs for livestock
  • Maintaining quality control and production records
  • Overseeing breeding and livestock-related programs
  • Training horses
  • Keeping accurate work records and logs
  • Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
  • Performing general farm duties as needed
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Equipment Experience

Familiarity with the following equipment is essential:

  • Equine management, particularly Thoroughbred horses
