Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Alpha Better Landscaping Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects, including planting, construction, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in landscaping, with a focus on project management and team supervision.
- Certifications: Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and gloves, and to use a skidsteer and other heavy equipment.
