Content Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Design Director to lead the development of our next massive sports franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the long-term vision for our second-to-second gameplay and partnering with production and tech peers to deliver against the vision.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the long-term vision for our sec-to-sec gameplay
- Partner with production and tech peers to lead a sizable team of developers
- Collaborate with the QA team to drive testing of the game experience
- Evaluate progress and game quality and partner with Production to formulate and revise plans
- Direct your design team to craft the design of our gameplay experience
- Manage the timely generation of design documentation
- Experience directing and delivering high-quality second-to-second game experiences
- Experience with systemic game design and leading a design team
- Passion for sports and sports video games
- Experience working with animation SEs and animators and familiarity with animation technology
- Experience working on sports games and animation-based features
We offer a competitive salary range of $153,300 to $229,020 CAD per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits. The total compensation package may also include a bonus and/or equity awards.
