Content Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Content Design Lead to join our team at 2K Games. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving the long-term vision for our sports games and collaborating with production and tech peers to deliver against that vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the long-term vision for our sports games
- Collaborate with production and tech peers to deliver against that vision
- Work closely with AI, Animation and Systems Engineers, Animators, Designers and Producers to help lay the foundation, then build and innovate upon it to create world-class gameplay
- Direct your design team to craft the design of our gameplay experience
- Evaluate progress and game quality and partner with Production to formulate and revise plans to drive execution
- Experience directing and delivering high-quality second-to-second game experiences
- Experience with systemic game design
- Experience leading a design team (5+)
- Passion for sports and sports video games
- Experience working with Animation SEs and Animators and is familiar with animation technology (Blend techniques, Masking, Procedural Animation etc.)
- Experience working on sports games
We offer a competitive salary range of $153,300 to $229,020 CAD per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
