Job Title: Content Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Content Design Lead to drive the long-term vision for our GaaS experience. The successful candidate will partner with design, production, and tech peers to direct a sizable team of developers to deliver against the vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the long-term vision for our GaaS experience
  • Partner with design, production, and tech peers to direct a sizable team of developers
  • Evaluate progress and game quality and partner with Production to formulate and revise plans to drive execution
  • Manage the timely generation of design documentation
  • Collaborate with your reports to generate design direction documentation
  • Review and approve designs from members of your team
  • Mentor and manage your design team
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a design team (5+)
  • Experience with security and performance of GaaS systems
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $132,800 to $196,520 CAD per year, plus a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
