About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Scrub City Uniforms. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process returns and exchanges, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong work ethic.
