Hail Centre Manager

The Hail Centre Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Collision Centre's operations. This position is responsible for managing a team of estimators and collision consultants, focusing on ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction during the hail repair process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of estimators and collision consultants to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Control shop loading and reloading to assure timely completion of all repairs and seamless delivery to the customer.
- Act as a mentor to the production team and provide support to staff within the Birchwood Collision.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to successfully mentor team members.
- Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- A commitment to learning and professional development.
- Previous production experience would be considered an asset.
- Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions.
- Knowledge of an automotive service shop or collision operation would be an asset.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and transportation to and from work are required.
