Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright - Facilities Specialist to join our team at F&P Mfg. Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to repair and maintain building and production mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and make adjustments to automated production equipment.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on plant facilities and production equipment.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure up-time of automated production equipment, etc.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) and/or Construction Millwright (426A) Certificate of Qualification.
  • Experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.
  • Able to read and understand operation standards, blue prints, maintenance and equipment manuals.
Work Environment
  • Plant environment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Regularly exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
  • Regularly required to be exposed to outside weather/elements.
  • Regularly required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
