Millwright - Facilities Maintenance

F&P Mfg. Inc. is a leading manufacturer of automotive components, with a strong focus on innovation and quality. As a Millwright - Facilities Maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and production mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations

Requirements:

  • Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) and/or Construction Millwright (426A) Certificate of Qualification
  • Experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc
  • Ability to read and understand operation standards, blue prints, maintenance and equipment manuals

Work Environment:

  • Plant environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Regularly exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
  • Regularly required to be exposed to outside weather/elements
  • Regularly required to work at heights and in confined spaces

Additional Information:

Benefit package includes an incentive bonus program worth 7.5% of base pay, paid overtime, complete medical, dental, vision care, prescription drug programs, and a company paid pension plan worth 5% of base pay.
