Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at T&T Restaurant Crunchy Snacks & Nigerian Dishes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Team Management: Recruit and hire staff, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
