Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
