Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue payroll cheques.
- Assess and record fixed assets along with their depreciation.
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and digital bookkeeping methods.
- Oversee general ledgers and generate financial statements.
- Record journal entries accurately.
- Compile various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Complete tax documentation.
- Prepare trial balances for financial records.
- Reconcile financial accounts.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experienced with QuickBooks.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite.
Focus on Accounting practices.
Transportation RequirementsPersonal transportation is necessary.
Work Conditions and Capabilities- Ability to work autonomously.
