About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring that our parts and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies, and negotiate prices to achieve cost savings.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train purchasing and inventory clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
