Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Global Travel and Tours is responsible for steering the organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. This role demands a visionary leader who can effectively manage resources and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Allocate and oversee material, human, and financial resources to ensure the successful implementation of organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Leadership: Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments to achieve unified objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish organizational goals and formulate or endorse policies and programs that align with the company’s vision.
  • Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate responsibilities to trusted representatives.
  • Staff Selection: Identify and select middle managers and directors, empowering them with the necessary authority to optimize workplace conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 11-15 individuals, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
