Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our dynamic team at Global Travel and Tours. This is a permanent position requiring a dedicated individual with a passion for the travel industry.

Financial Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: $100,001 - $500,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to create optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Database management
  • Experienced with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Travel Management
  • Manage international travel and group travel arrangements.

Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and internationally, on a regular basis.
