We are seeking a highly skilled Part-time NHL DAI Operator to join our team at Rogers Sports & Media. As a key member of our broadcast operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting live Ad insertion on NHL games for the season on Sportsnet+ streaming services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical setup and routing of live broadcast signals.
- Execute Ad triggers throughout each NHL game.
- Monitor signals to ensure they meet Sportsnet's broadcast standards.
- Work closely with the Media Transmission team and technical Support for trouble shooting on-air issues.
- Liaise with Sportsnet's broadcast transmission team for game updates and DAI assignments.
- Provide detailed technical reports after each game.
- Adhere to all broadcast policies & procedures.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of broadcast operations.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of NHL production formats is an asset.
