We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and management of our Android-based payment application for smart terminals. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive product innovation, and connect directly with merchants to understand their evolving commerce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated Agile team as the Product Owner, collaborating with technology, design, and operations teams to develop functionalities that enhance user satisfaction.
- Focus on optimizing the user experience for merchants, ensuring the application is intuitive, efficient, and meets their daily needs.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, product development, and enhancements.
- Manage all elements of the application's lifecycle, incorporating user feedback and market trends.
- Ensure the application's compatibility and optimized performance across multiple Android devices.
Your Moneris Career - What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with mobile applications on Android platforms. Previous payment experience considered an asset.
- Background in user experience design and a user-centric approach to product development.
- Experience with React, Java, and mobile application development.
- Experience using data and insights to inform product development, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a metrics-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with creating impactful user experiences and driving innovation in mobile application products.
- University degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related field.
