Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
