Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain records of sales, stock, and wastage.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
