Senior Infrastructure Analyst Job Description

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining our enterprise-class technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across desktops, infrastructure, and large business systems.
  • Support the development and optimization of IT infrastructure and internal processes in local and remote environments.
  • Manage, coordinate, and communicate status for incidents and problems from inception to resolution.
  • Participate in annual audits to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of our corporate backup and replication infrastructure, global cloud infrastructure, global network, and VOIP phone system.
  • Monitor and report on network and system performance and bandwidth requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for various IT systems, networks, procedures, policies, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Computer Science.
  • 7-10 years of progressive IT experience working as an infrastructure resource in large enterprise and complex environments.
  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows servers and administering Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprises.
  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and AWS, various storage systems, and projects in large enterprises.
  • 5 years of experience providing service delivery for enterprise networking and network security infrastructure.
  • Experience using network security tools in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, when required.
