Position: Food Service Supervisor
Location: Niagara Falls, ON
Salary: $17.15 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Schedule: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Night, Overtime, Weekend

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and procure necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure high standards of food service and quality control.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Compile and submit detailed reports.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Possess knowledge of the restaurant's culinary specialties.
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food items.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.

Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
