Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

CITY SOUTH PIZZA, Niagara falls is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards.
