Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including managing staff, maintaining quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting quality control standards and providing excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Setting

This role will be based in a fast food outlet or concession, with a permanent work term and 30-35 hours of work per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
