Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join our team at Johnson Service Group. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our digital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation and Innovation
    • Design and implement automation solutions to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of digital services.
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of digital solutions.
  • Configuration and Credential Management
    • Manage configuration and credentials for production environments to ensure secure and reliable operation.
  • Maintenance and Support
    • Plan and manage maintenance activities, including backups, recoveries, and database upgrades to ensure minimal downtime.
    • Provide operations support for delivering services in Alpha and Beta stages.
  • Application Observability
    • Enhance application observability through monitoring and telemetry tools to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on automation, configuration management, and application deployment.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation scripting, and infrastructure as code tools.
  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, DevOps on Azure, and AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
