About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at MR. GREEK DONAIR STORE INC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for customers.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, management, and customers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
