About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
