**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Facilities and Infrastructure team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the scope and schedule of projects related to the Pickering Refurbishment Program.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform project management tasks to secure approval and manage scope in eBX/ePMX

• Conduct upfront planning, scoping, scheduling, estimating, and risk assessment for all infrastructure needs as a program pre-requisite to the Pickering Refurbishment Program

• Develop and implement engineered solutions to meet project objectives

• Coordinate project staff efforts and work groups to meet project objectives and create a positive team environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the design, development, and operations of a nuclear generation facility

• Experience in managing projects related to infrastructure and facilities

• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• PMP/P.Eng. certification desirable
