Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical evaluations and advice to support the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of facilities.
  • Review and identify areas for improvement in managed systems and develop recommendations for exemption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data for budget preparation and variance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project staff and other work groups to meet project objectives and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • 4-year university education in engineering or equivalent level of education.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, design, development, and operations of nuclear generation facilities.
  • Knowledge of physics, engineering, mathematics, and chemistry as related to design requirements, stress, materials, and total system performance.
  • Experience with project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working at Pickering Nuclear Generating Station.
  • Knowledge of industry processes and procedures.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
