Job Title: Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team at Ontario Power Generation. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling all stages of project management, including project planning, execution, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and project status.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or nuclear industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
