Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Analyst proficient in both English and French to support our Banking Client.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 1 year
- Compensation: $25/hour plus 4% vacation pay on weekly earnings
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Commercial Mortgages team within the Technology, Infrastructure and Innovation (TI&I) sector, you will:
- Oversee commercial mortgage loan disbursements.
- Monitor prefunding conditions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Update systems with client and loan details.
- Review legal documentation for accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to management and colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding various funding conditions and related issues.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with lending processes is advantageous.
- Experience with Excalibur software is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach and initiative in problem-solving.
