Budget Analyst Job Description

Sabzi Market Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Budget Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, administering policies and procedures related to record release, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
