Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.
