As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, administering policies and procedures related to record release, and assisting in the preparation of our operating budget.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.
