Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Director to lead our project delivery and client/stakeholder satisfaction efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop project charters, goals, and delivery methodologies.
  • Manage full project lifecycle for multiple initiatives, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Track and monitor project progress, identify variances, and distribute information on a timely basis.
  • Facilitate organizational change management assessments and prepare business cases.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project information flow between teams and clients.
  • Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
Qualifications
  • Solid program/project management experience in capital markets, investment management, or other financial industries.
  • Previous consulting experience with managing complex programs in Agile environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
  • Capability to function with autonomy and seek guidance when necessary.
