Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
