Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
