We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Downtown Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess customer feedback and provide meaningful information and services.
  • Receive and log customer complaints and feedback.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Provide information and support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
