  • Exhibit expertise in comprehensive recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, and offer negotiation, utilizing diverse recruitment methodologies and tools.
  • Employ effective communication skills to engage and influence all stakeholders involved in the recruitment lifecycle, including candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Utilize a metrics-driven approach, adept in analyzing recruitment data to evaluate the success of hiring activities and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Explore and leverage various channels for talent acquisition, such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop precise and engaging job descriptions.
  • Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer brand, making it more appealing to prospective candidates.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by sourcing a varied candidate pool and implementing equitable hiring practices.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient process.
  • Monitor and assess individual recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and drive data-informed enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Participate in or manage projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruitment or related fields.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in alternative sourcing techniques, particularly through social media and networking.
  • Skilled in utilizing recruitment technology for resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessment.
  • Proven success in adopting a consultative approach with both internal and external clients to provide effective business solutions.
  • Adept at extracting and analyzing data from various sources to identify emerging trends.
  • Strong understanding of effective communication and data visualization methods to influence decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry or industries relevant to recruitment, including trends and key players.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing a high volume of job requisitions.
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic environment with multiple priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
